Delete your Crate Jam account
Crate Jam: Slide Puzzle, by UniChat Games. You can delete your account and its data from inside the game, or by email without the app installed.
In the game
- Open Settings.
- Tap Delete my account.
- Tap it again to confirm.
The account is closed on our side straight away, and everything on the phone is erased too. This works on iPhone and Android, signed in or not.
Without the app
Email privacy@unichat.dev and ask us to delete your account. So we can find it, include one of these:
- your player ID, shown in your profile in the game; or
- the email address of the Google account you signed in with, or the Apple relay address if you used Sign in with Apple.
We may ask you to confirm before we act. We answer within 30 days and never charge for it.

- Your cloud-saved progress, level results and the moves recorded with them.
- Your coins and their history, your boosters, hearts and unlimited-hearts time.
- Your daily reward streak.
- Your device records and your Game Center, Google Play Games, Apple and Google sign-in identifiers.
- Your profile details: the display name is removed and freed, the avatar reset, the player ID released, and your country, language and time zone cleared.
You can never sign in to that account again. You can still play: next time you open the game you get a new, empty account.
What is kept, and for how long
