From level 1
Crates and the gold gate
Each crate slides one way: along its groove. Pip's cart is the orange one. Clear his row, and he rolls out through the gate with a gold road lit ahead of him.
Coming soon to iPhone and Android
Pip is the smallest courier in Shiftmere, and the flood has left every street jammed with crates. Drag them out of the way, open a road to the gold gate, and get the parcel through.

Try it here
Drag a crate along its groove. Crates only slide the way they point, so the long ones are the tricky ones. Open the lane and Pip drives out by himself.
Four real levels from the game, played right here. Nothing to install.
Perfect!
That was the warm-up. The game keeps going, with ice, keys, sleepy sheep, mystery crates and a clock to beat.
Coming soonOne new idea at a time
Every new thing arrives on its own, on a level built to teach it, with no wall of text. You will know what it does before you know its name.

From level 1
Each crate slides one way: along its groove. Pip's cart is the orange one. Clear his row, and he rolls out through the gate with a gold road lit ahead of him.
Long crates and rocks
Long crates fill three cells and take more room to get past. Rocks stay exactly where the flood left them, so the road has to go around.
Sealed crates will not budge until something bumps into them. Then they pop open and show which way they slide, and your plan changes.
No move limit, just a clock that starts on your first slide. Read the board first: looking is free.
Ice
A crate that stops on ice keeps sliding until it is clear of it or hits something. So does Pip. Use it, or watch it ruin everything.
Padlocked gates block everything until Pip's cart has rolled over every key. The key is never in easy reach: something is always in the way.
You cannot push a sheep. Every few moves each one wakes, ambles a cell along, and turns round when it bumps into something. Sometimes right into your road.
And more on the way: doors, one-way streets, and boards that hand Pip down to the next.
When you need a hand
Every one answers a moment you will recognise. None of them is the only way through.
“I slid the wrong one.” Takes the last move back and gives it back to you.
“That one crate is in the way of everything.” Bonk. Gone.
“I can see where it needs to go.” Lift a crate and set it down anywhere it fits.
“Right crate, wrong way round.” Swing it a quarter turn so it slides the other way.
“I am stuck and I do not know why.” Lights up the next three best moves.
A head start: five extra moves before you begin.
A head start: one crate cleared off the road at the start.
A head start: the Lantern lit for your first three moves.
The town
Shiftmere is a lakeside town of crooked roofs, flower boxes and wooden jetties. When the Great Spring Flood went down, it left the town in a tangle: crates wedged in alleys, market stalls in the road, boats up on the quay and sheep asleep in doorways.
Nobody can get anything anywhere. Except Pip, with a red cap, a wooden cart and a real talent for seeing how things fit. There is no villain in this story. The problem is mess, and every delivery tidies a little more of it.

Mayor Hazel, Rosa the baker, Old Tock the clockmaker, Wren the miller and Moss the mole are waiting further into town.
The journey
From the harbour at dawn to lanterns over the lake. Each district has its own host, its own crates and its own new trick.

Morning blue and rope tan. Fishing boats, the quay and the old harbour bell. Host: Captain Barnaby.
Striped awnings and warm reds. A fountain, a clock face, bunting, and keys to find. Host: Old Tock.
Butter yellow and cinnamon. The café terrace, flower boxes and one-way streets. Host: Rosa.
Fresh greens and sky blue. The mill wheel, the bridge and the orchard. Host: Wren.
A golden afternoon. Town hall, the library gardens and twin deliveries. Host: Mayor Hazel.
Sunset coral into festival night. Light the lamp, and the Summer Lantern Festival can go ahead.
Fair by design
No banners, no videos between levels, and no advertising code in the game at all. Just puzzles.
A solver checks every level before it ships, and knows the fewest moves it takes. No level is ever impossible.
A welcome gift for new players. After that, hearts refill on their own, for free.
Coins and boosters can make a level easier. They are never the only way through.
On the train, on a plane, in a field. The levels are all on your phone.
A few minutes, most days
